By Car: Paid parking is available on Hylton Street (£1.50 for 1 hour). There is also a car park next to Jewellery Quarter train station, on Vyse Street.
By Train/Tram: We are a 3/4 minute walk from Jewellery Quarter train station (easily accessible form Birmingham New Street & Snow Hill).
By Bus: Our clinic is accessible via buses 8 (A or C), 16 (A or W) and 74.

What sexual health services do you offer at the Birmingham Clinic?
Our services are divided into 4 sub-streams:
- STI & HIV Care – includes consultations, physical examinations, STI & HIV tests, STI treatments & PrEP/PEP.
- HPV-Wart Clinic – includes consultations, HPV DNA testing, genital wart removals and HPV vaccines.
- Family Planning Clinic – includes consultations, cervical smears & extensive range of contraceptive services.
Will you share my information with my GP/NHS?
No. Your visit will remain entirely confidential. We will only share information with your GP when you ask us to.
Where are you located?
We are discreetly located on Hylton Street, off Vyse Street. We are a four minute walk from the Jewellery Quarter train station – please take the first left after coming outside.
How many people are in the waiting room at one time?
There are usually 1-2 people in the waiting room, though occasionally this may increase to 3- 4.
How can I access your services?
Anyone can book an appointment with us – you do not need a referral letter.
